隐私政策
羽鉴以设备端处理为核心。你的挥拍视频和分析结果不会发送给开发者或第三方。

简要说明：无需账号，没有广告或跟踪，不上传视频。你可以在 App 中删除单条诊断或清空全部记录。
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于“羽鉴”APP。本政策说明 App 如何处理你主动选择的视频、本地分析结果和设置。
2. App 处理的数据
你选择的视频
App 使用 Apple 提供的系统照片选择器，让你主动选择一个视频。App 不会浏览你的完整照片图库。所选视频的工作副本可能暂存在 iOS 为 App 管理的临时目录中，用于播放和分析；它不会作为训练历史上传或永久保存，但可能留在该临时目录中，直到 App 或 iOS 清理临时文件，或你卸载 App。
人体姿态与物体检测结果
Apple Vision 在设备上识别二维人体关键点。随 App 提供的 Core ML 模型在设备上辅助检测羽毛球。模型不检测拍头。关键点、检测框和推理结果不会发送给我们或第三方。
本地训练记录与偏好
“保留分析记录”默认开启。开启时，App 在设备上保存三张压缩关键帧、结构化诊断结果、分析时间和惯用手偏好。关闭后，新的报告不会加入历史；已有记录可单独删除，也可在“我的”页面全部清空。
3. 我们不收集或共享数据
当前版本没有账号、开发者服务器、云同步、广告、跨 App 跟踪或第三方分析 SDK。App 不把视频、照片、关键点、诊断、设备标识符或使用行为传输给我们或第三方。因此，我们不会出售或共享这些数据，也不会使用它们训练远程 AI 模型。
4. 分析结果与安全
击球时刻来自单机位二维视频的视觉估算，可能受遮挡、光线、拍摄角度和运动模糊影响。规则参考姿势不是职业选手原片。结果只用于一般羽毛球训练参考，不构成医疗诊断、康复、治疗或伤病预防建议。请在安全场地练习，并根据身体状况停止可能引起不适的动作。
5. 保留与删除
本地记录会保留到你删除记录、清空历史或卸载 App。你可以在“训练记录”中删除单条记录，也可以在“我的”中清空全部记录。卸载 App 通常会删除其本地容器数据；设备备份的保留和恢复由你的 Apple/iCloud 设置控制。
6. 儿童
本 App 不以儿童为主要受众，也不会要求用户提供年龄或儿童个人信息。家长或监护人应监督未成年人的运动训练和设备使用。
7. 政策变更
如果未来加入账号、云端分析、统计或其他数据处理，我们会在功能启用前更新本政策、App 内说明和 App Store 隐私信息。重大变化会通过 App 或产品页说明。

Badminton AI is built around on-device processing. Your swing video and analysis results are not sent to the developer or a third party.

In short: No account, advertising, tracking, or video upload. You can delete one report or clear all history in the app.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Badminton AI iOS app. It explains how the app handles a video you choose, local analysis results, and settings.
2. Data processed by the app
A video you choose
The app uses Apple's system photo picker so that you can choose one video. It does not browse your full photo library. A working copy may remain in an iOS-managed temporary app directory for playback and analysis. It is not uploaded or retained as part of training history, but may remain in that temporary directory until the app or iOS clears temporary files, or until you uninstall the app.
Pose and object-detection results
Apple Vision detects two-dimensional body landmarks on your device. A bundled Core ML model assists with shuttlecock detection on your device. The model does not detect the racket head. Landmarks, detection boxes, and inference results are not sent to us or a third party.
Local training history and preferences
“Keep Analysis History” is enabled by default. When enabled, the app stores three compressed key frames, structured report data, analysis time, and dominant-hand preference on your device. Turning it off prevents new reports from being added to history. Existing reports can be deleted individually or cleared from Settings.
3. No developer collection or sharing
This version has no account, developer server, cloud sync, advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDK. It does not transmit videos, photos, landmarks, reports, device identifiers, or app-use activity to us or a third party. We therefore do not sell or share this data, or use it to train a remote AI model.
4. Analysis and safety
The reported contact moment is a single-camera 2D visual estimate and can be affected by occlusion, lighting, camera position, and motion blur. The rule-based reference pose is not professional-player footage. Results are for general badminton practice only and are not medical, rehabilitation, treatment, or injury-prevention advice. Train in a safe space and stop movements that cause discomfort.
5. Retention and deletion
Local reports remain until you delete a report, clear history, or uninstall the app. Delete one report in Training History or clear all reports in Settings. Uninstalling generally removes the app's local container; retention and restoration through device backups are controlled by your Apple/iCloud settings.
6. Children
The app is not directed primarily to children and does not ask users to provide age or children's personal information. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's sports training and device use.
7. Changes
If a future version adds accounts, cloud analysis, analytics, or other data processing, we will update this policy, the in-app notice, and App Store privacy information before enabling that processing. Material changes will be communicated through the app or product page.
